Sakai Takayuki Gallery products are the most limited edition knives, produced in small quantities. A small showroom containing these knives is located near the Sakai Takayuki forge.

Michiko Kubota of Sakai Takayuki is responsible for the engraving, and is a master engraver with incredible skills. The knives she engraves by hand are one of a kind and are true works of art.
