Santoku 17 cm Kyohei Aogami#2/Iron

A compact Japanese Santoku intended for everyday preparation of vegetables, fish, and meat. Its broad blade works well for controlled chopping and also makes it easy to move prepared ingredients from the board. The Aogami #2 carbon steel core is clad in iron, combining traditional Japanese construction with the need for careful cleaning and drying after use.
