Nakiri 17 cm Kyohei Aogami#2/Iron

A Japanese Nakiri made specifically for efficient vegetable preparation. The tall rectangular blade and flat edge profile are well suited to push cutting, chopping herbs, and making clean cuts through vegetables without excessive rocking. The Aogami #2 carbon steel core with iron cladding gives the knife a traditional reactive construction and should be kept clean and dry after use.
